 Welcome
It amazes me when I think of the positive powerful effects hypnosis offers compared to the serious lack of awareness about it in our society.
I remember the day I truly understood the total worth and truth of hypnosis and consider it a very lucky day - a day that changed my life forever. I hope the few words on this site may help others regain power in their lives.
Hypnosis is usually thought to be accomplished only when a person is with a Hypnotist, but that's far from the truth. Most hypnosis is done while we are in a normal state of mind and completely unaware of what is happening - left without the wherewithal to filter it.
The problem is that we receive hypnotic programming without our knowledge in many areas and times of our life. Our beliefs, our attitudes, and our habits are often programmed into us with unknown origin and with questionable intent. In my office, you are helped to change only those specific beliefs, habits and attitudes that you want changed! You will find that you are always in control and if there was ever anything said that went against your beliefs, ethics or morals you could either reject what was said or wake yourself up. The old movies and stage show operators give the impression that the hypnotist has total control, however this is an outright misconception. The movies are just Hollywood and the stage operators are trying their best to convince you that they have control. They have control in the area that the person allows them to have control in. The volunteers want to be entertaining and the hypnotist guides them in their show.
In the words of the Master Hypnotherapist Charles Tebbetts, "There is nothing supernatural or magical about hypnotism, and there is not one documented case of harm coming to anyone as a result of its therapeutic use. Although its benefits are well established, it remains a misunderstood and often dreaded subject in the minds of the general public. This resistance stems from our natural fear of any powerful force we do not understand. Ironically, there is a much greater danger in not understanding it. This force does not come from the Hypnotist, but from your own subconscious mind, and if you do not control it, it controls you. Most of our physical ailments and mental depressions are the result of this uncontrolled power working against us when we could easily be using it to our advantage".
The purpose of this site is not only to familiarize you with Monmouth Hypnosis Center, located in Monmouth County, New Jersey, but to help get the word out to the public just what hypnosis and self-hypnosis is. You see, most people live their lives, thinking someday something will come up that will give them riches, health, or in some other way a better and more joyful life. They have no idea that the means to these ends is well within their grasp.
More importantly, I hope that the few words on this site will help you to understand that we all have the power for change! Millions and millions of people have used hypnosis to relieve anxiety, cure phobias, assist in weight loss and to stop smoking - and you can too! Even though there are strong forces in our society which find it in their best interest to keep people uniformed of this power, you now have the opportunity to know about it and use it to make your life better and brighter. If you live in Monmouth County or Northern Monmouth County area of NJ, we can help. Many of our clients come from local towns like Holmdel, Middletown and Red Bank, but some of our clients travel great distances to obtain our professional service also.
