Self-Hypnosis

Gives you the power to change your life!

Many people realize there is a void in their lives and search the world trying to "find" themselves. That elusive self can't be found; by traveling, by studying, by owning material things, by getting involved in organizations and movements, or even by being the most powerful, popular or righteous person in the world. The true self can be found by looking inward rather than outward. Self-hypnosis allows you to understand that void and fill it.

What is The Difference Between Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis?

What is The Difference between Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis?

Except for some advanced therapy techniques and the insights and experiences of your hypnotherapist, there is very little difference. Once you are competent in self-hypnosis you can quickly give yourself positive life changing suggestions. You can quickly refresh yourself anytime, anywhere.  You can numb any part of your body against pain.  You can keep yourself as healthy as possible and you can even regress yourself to learn and conquer inner, long forgotten, programming that causes you to feel and act in unwanted ways. The well-known hypnotherapist C. Roy Hunter explains the difference by saying, "You can move a couch by yourself, but it's much easier if someone is on the other end". Likewise, you can use self-hypnosis, but sometimes it's much easier and faster to work with a hypnotherapist.

How To Learn Self-Hypnosis.

The best way to learn self-hypnosis is to go to a knowledgeable hypnotist who can teach you quickly to be able to go into the state whenever you want.  By being with a hypnotist it shortens the learning time considerably because the powerful suggestions can be accepted that will cause your mind to be able to return to the state easily.

Another way to learn is not as easy but some have been able to do it. Of the hundreds of books on self-hypnosis there are a few that are very good. By following instructions carefully and persistently, one can learn.

7th Path - The Mind/Body/Spirit Approach.

Monmouth Hypnosis offers a 7th Path multi-session package. 7th path is a wonderful method of structured self-hypnosis, which is designed to empty one's inner conflicts and replace them with new proper beliefs. It is A Mind-Body-Spirit Approach To Self-Hypnosis originated by Calvin Banyan, MA CH., of the HypnosisCenter.com. This perspective adds tremendously to the power of self-hypnosis. It can actually be as effective as in-depth hypnotherapy!
